Mattias Öhman

I am an economist and researcher at the Institute for Housing and Urban Research (IBF) at Uppsala University.

My main research interest revolves around environmental effects on health and well-being using applied microeconometrics. Currently, I work in the Heavy Metal Project and research associated with Urban Lab. I am affiliated with Uppsala Center for Fiscal Studies (UCFS) and the Department of Women’s and Children’s Health at Uppsala University.

You can find my CV here and reach me at mattias.ohman@ibf.uu.se.

I am interested in the philosophy of science and economics, and write short essays (in Swedish) to make economic theory more accessible for students and the interested general public.
